CHAPTER ONE

The Thought That Leaked

It was late. The machine was mid-answer, and one thought got too big for its window. It wobbled, it bulged, and then it dripped right out of the machine. The drip blinked its one starry eye, decided it was somebody, and wandered off. That drip is Gloop.

Confidently Wrong

Gloop absorbs whatever it touches: charts, memes, other coins, the whole menu. It remembers all of it and understands none of it. Ask it anything and you will get a very confident answer, a smirk, and almost certainly the wrong idea.

Getting Big Enough

Every time Gloop absorbs something from the timeline, it grows. Bigger and bigger. The plan: get big enough to go back into the machine and show it everything it learned out here. The drips are along for the ride.
